I'll start playing around with Adguard and will let you guys know of any issues I find anyway. I could use any money I can find this Christmas time, and the kids will definitely appreciate it. If you guys require to outsource some work, please don't hesitate to send some my way.
AD MUNCHER V5 SOFTWARE
I'm a Software Tester by trade, well, I was one. Note that Ad Muncher v5 is still under heavy development. From what I've been reading, all good things, perhaps Santa can get me an Adguard Licence for Christmas. Ad Muncher is a program for Windows systems which removes adverts, popups and other annoying. Is there any chance of having an ad supported version that is free? I guess that would be counter intuitive as you guys are for getting rid of ads. I'm a bit ashamed as a man to say this, but I have fallen on very hard times recently and been laid off work, and with only my wife working and paying the mortgage and providing food for the family and everything else, I don't have any money to spend on buying an Adguard Licence. It seems like they think their customers are stupid and keep lying to us all. However, I too, have gotten very frustrated and angered by their new 'attitude' and lack of respect for their customers. I have gotten Ad Muncher many hundreds of additional customers because I was the number one supporter of this product and bought a lifetime licence back at the VERY beginning. Ad Muncher is faster, offers better filtering and flexibility as well as an easier interface than other commercial ad blockers Ive tested.
AD MUNCHER V5 PRO
ability ftp server pro v1.16 chilkat rsa activex v3.1.2 ad muncher v4.51a. I have spent many hours of my own time finding bugs, offering suggestions and sent them countless thousands of website filer issues over this time. rhinosoft serv-u corporate beta v5.0.0.10 dolphin smash v5.8.1 solaris.

I have always helped Murray and Jeff iron out issues, and have had many personal diagnostic builds built by Murray just for me to find some bugs for them. I have been an Ad Muncher user since day 1. There is no future there, so since my goal is to have relatively unobstructed browsing, this program seems the best, and from my limited viewings on this forum (I will explore more) seem to have a good support team. Weekly to begin with, then daily if our hosting can handle the load, for as long as we are able to. All users will now receive filter list updates. I will miss AM, and I hope you guys can bring Jeff aboard, but it is what it is. Ad Muncher is normally available for 29.95, plus 19.95 per year after that, but will now be available in the same form as a completely free product. I have made the switch, and I think I will be happy with it. I don't have to disable AG to browse ESPN (the last couple of weeks with AM if I didn't disable filtering I had to constantly log back in). HTTPS filtering (or lack of it) was AM's downfall.īrowsing on my phone is a new treat again. I had some ads initially, but I rebooted the computer and they seemed to be gone. In only a few minutes of browsing I have made these observations:

AD MUNCHER V5 TRIAL
It is apparent the end is near for them, and while I don't feel sorry for Murray (he hasn't visited the forum since last October), I feel Jeff was left out to dry and was misled himself.Īnyway, without even trying the free trial I bought the 2+2 liftetime licenses, and the total price is pretty close to what I paid for my last single AM lifetime license (I have 3 of those). I had preached to everyone for many years how nice their program was.

I have been with them for at least 10 years and maybe longer with multiple lifetime licenses.
AD MUNCHER V5 FULL
I'm now quite (very) happy with Adblock+ & it's highly unlikely I will ever buy AM again - As for AM doing more than filtering ad's a full lifetime version of Mbam & along with Eset SS & a couple of other add ons I'm quite happy on the security front - I've now given up looking on the AM forum for news on 5.x & just deleted it from bookmarks. After reading this thread linked from the AM forums, and doing some research on AG I very sadly said goodbye to AM.
AD MUNCHER V5 PC
I've used AM for many years though always yearly & the premium version, but after it stopped working on IE11 & on encrypted pages, & as it tends to break Eset SS (probably not AM's fault) unless some parts of Eset are disabled I uninstalled it around three months back & as this is a new PC it's not been installed at all on it at all.
